TJFS works hard to provide food, financial assistance, therapy and more to the Tampa Bay community. In May, we provided:-- 275 food bags to households and 39 emergency food bags.-- 32 counseling sessions to individuals and families.-- 18 families and individuals provided with emergency financial assistance.-- 164 callers provided with information and referrals.-- $3,944 provided in hurricane emergency assistance, helping 12 families.Thank you to all who support our efforts! ... Don't forget to help us fill our Community Food Bank! We have bins available in the lobbies of the North and South JCCs so you can easily drop off non-perishable goods.
