It is hard to believe that Thanksgiving is right around the corner. For many of us it is an opportunity to spend time with our family and friends. Yet, for many families, holidays are a time of stress. Thanks to an incredibly generous family, Tampa Jewish Family Services will once again provide a full Thanksgiving meal to 100 families in our community who are facing hardships. This has become a tradition at TJFS thanks to the generosity of this special family. Research indicates the average cost of a Thanksgiving Day dinner for 10 is approximately $49.04. For many families who must choose between making the car payment and paying the electric bill, $49.04 of expendable income does not exist. TJFS, along with the help of this special family, has the ability to assist. Tampa Jewish Family Services is here to help.
