iPhones, iPads and Social Media: A Dominant Force in a Teen’s Life The use of social media has become an integrated and integral aspect of everyday life and has influenced a generation of adolescents. Given social media’s significance, the question becomes, “how do we help our teenagers balance the positive and negative aspects of social media?” Dr. Agresto will discuss the influence technology and social media have on self-image, self-esteem and relationships.
