Financial Assistance programs offered at Tampa Jewish Family Services include: assistance for utilities, rent and car payments. Other programs include the Jewish Education Loan Fund (JELF) that provides grants for Jewish students from Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia – and the Hebrew Loan Program (HeLP) that provides emergency help to families through interest-free loans ranging from $500 – $2,000. The agency also offers a Master Money Mentor program that provides one-on-one mentoring for individual/families experiencing financial difficulties.
